Height: 6'9"(206 CM)
Weight: 230 lbs(104 KG)
Body-Type: Athletic, muscular.

Physical Description:
Dust is a tall wall of muscle. He has dark shaggy hair that goes down to his thicker neck, red eyes, slightly tanned and scarred skin, perfect posture, and broad shoulders.

Visible Scars:
Dust's scars ranged from burns to whip marks, he looks like a badly taken care of plastic action figure covered in scuffs and scrapes. This doesn't diminish his value in anyway though.
-Worth Noting: A large 'X' made by two sets of four claws sat on Dust's back from tops of shoulder blades down past his rib-cage. (Created by an illusion made courtesy of Harlan Higgs.)
The number "389" on his neck, tagged by the Russians

Fashion Style:
Simply he has none. Or didn't... Contractors don't have opinions or preferences on articles of clothing. Due to the lack of emotions. He puts on whatever someone tells him to. Otherwise, he would walk around in just a pair of shorts.

Something he also lacks... He was far too young to have a personality fleshed out when he changed into a contractor at the age of sixteen, but the Omniverse seems to have affected him in this department.
Dust comes off as an easy going guy, unaffected by pressure, and one with a sense of humor. He's easy to get along with but were still exploring what makes Dust the individual he is. Before it's too late.

Alignment: True Neutral, for now.

The Makings of Dust
Upon entering the world through extensive and increasingly difficult labor Hokori was born. His mother didn't make it, dying shortly after holding her son for the first and last time. It had been sudden despite how realistic the death was, no questions were raised. His father couldn't bear the idea of going on, but the baby had her eyes and smile.

A year later he began to attempt to fill the void in his heart and his life, as well as finding a suitable mother for his growing son. He found her, or so he thought. Unknowingly he married his wife's killer, a gorgeous nurse who'd been there at the time and has been serving as a shoulder to lean on since his wife's passing.

The family wasn't rich but was well off and frequently took trips to the mountains of Russia for vacations. During the next 16 years, the woman whom he called mom was desperately hiding her maddening anger for his face. It haunted her nightmares and she had more than just a few times held the blade behind her back waiting for the well-taught kid to do something unheard off and get rid of that woman's smiling face once and for all.

But the secrets and the lies caught up to her in the form of leaked e-mails done by the hands of some organization or the other and Hoshi's father slapped her in the face with divorce papers. He stared at her with rage and pain but promised to keep the whole ordeal under the table if she just signed the papers. But the woman was insane, more importantly, she couldn't let either of them live now.

After convincing the man to wait until one last summer vacation to the cabin they owned in the mountain, with pleas of wanting one last summer with her son, she set her revenge into motion. Before they left she contracted someone to set their place ablaze while they were away while preparing for the last summer away from 'home'.

At the cabin, she drugged both of them, then securely chained the two men up to the walls and began to torture the eldest Hoshi. After days of slowly starving Dust while tormenting him by forcing him to watch his father slowly die from blood loss and malnourishment, the woman finally slit the old man's throat. All while admitting frankly to Dust that she had murdered his mother as well. With no remorse at all, she began to confess all her sins to the gagged and bound boy.

The rest of that night was a blur... Honestly, he could only remember how it felt to relinquish his everything to something, and the next moment he was sitting in the piles of snow, barely clothed and blankly staring into the horrified eyes of his step-mother. Her head was in his blood covered hands, her face frozen in fear, and her hair strung drifting in the winds.

The most disturbing part of that night, from another person's perspective, wasn't the part where he felt the impulse to kiss her cold dead lips; but the part where he pressed his mouth to them for 15 seconds before he was able to let it drop from his grip. Internally perhaps that was why white was his favorite color, the blanket of snow that he'd dropped the head into seemed to make his problems disappear.

Eventually, he found himself back in civilization. The questions were hard to understand, even harder to answer. The authorities tucked him away for a few days, but he had nowhere to go. Even without knowing his house went up in flames hours after the plane carried him off the island, he had nothing left in Japan.

Furthermore, everything he might have had to wait for him all seemed meaningless now.

It all seemed for naught, and a day later it would all be just something he had lived through at one time. The Russians tracked him down and after a quick analysis, they found him to be blessed with the curse of being a contractor. Immediately his human rights were waivered and he was thrown into the pound where he was re-educated and groomed for battle. By force, if necessary, and it apparently had been necessary.

Make A Wish...(Intro to Omniverse)

Darker Than Black(The Anime)
Ten years ago, a mysterious spatial anomaly now known as "Heaven's Gate" appeared in South America, shortly followed by the opening of "Hell's Gate" in Tokyo altering the sky and wreaking havoc on the landscape. The real stars disappeared, replaced by false stars. During this time, people possessing various special abilities—called "Contractors"—emerged, each capable of different supernatural feats. Each Contractor has a corresponding fake star, which reacts to their activities. As such, Contractors are usually identified by their star's Messier catalogue number((SW-808)). Kept secret from the masses, these individuals are known to murder in cold blood, smothering unnecessary emotions with logic and rationality. Their incredible abilities, however, are gained at the cost of their humanity; Contractors are thus named because of an involuntary compulsion to "pay the price" each time their power is used, which can range from eating particular foods or completing meaningless tasks, to self-harm and changing their bodies in peculiar ways. Various nations and organizations around the world train and utilize Contractors as spies and assassins, resulting in violent battles for valuable objects and information.
Following the disastrous Heaven's War, the United States lost its dominant position as a superpower to a mysterious organization named the Syndicate. The story revolves around a Chinese contractor codenamed "Hei" as he undertakes various espionage and assassination missions in Tokyo under the direction of the aforementioned Syndicate. It eventually reveals a plan of the Syndicate to erase the existence of contractors, and a resistance put up by contractors from the Syndicate itself and various espionage agencies.

COMBAT (Style, Proficiencies, Powers, Moves, Items, etc.)

Combat Style:
Dust is meant for Close-Quarters-Combat. While not particularly a tank, he is built to withstand and survive dangerous situations, environments, and deadly attacks.
While often seen as reckless and perhaps even cocky, Dust often takes risks in a fight that might not always line up with his internal caculator**. This is due to the brainwashing and teachings of the Russian factions who kept him in a cage for his whole contracting career. Often he is trying to get the best result and with the least painful sacrifices, he can make but will make moves that seem stupid at the time, only to reveal his master plan in the end.
Very rarely does he leave a fight untouched, between his feral - sloppy - like moves and his required face-to-face antics, he takes a beating at the cost of winning.
Base stats:
ATK: 7
DEF: 3
SPD: 2
TEC: 2

WOLF'S STRENGTH(Physical Strength)

Consumables(One and Done)
Soldier's Pills: Gives a +1 to each stat for one fight. (x1)
Medi-Gel: Heals one(1) point of damage. (x0)
Viral Serum: Gives Basic Regeneration for one Round(x1)

Survival - Dust has always had a knack for becoming a bloody mess on the battlefield, yet be able to keep fighting, but everyone has their limit; including contractors.
Regeneration(Advance) - What self-respecting werewolf wouldn't have some form of healing?
Instincts(Foresight) - This ability allows Dust to feel an attack coming. After awhile things blur together, but the patterns are the same. He also gets accurate gut feelings about bad ideas, whether those bad ideas are bad enough to avoid vary.
Enhanced Senses(MASTER) - Hokori can sense things from 100 meters away. His sense of smell is particularly impressive, the only sense of the 5 that is refined more, but Dust uses all of them equally to hunt down his prey.
Wild Speed(Burst Movement) - Hokori can move exceptionally fast for a second, and only after a second rest can he do it again. This can tire him out if used too many times.
Super Jump(ADVANCE) - Hokori can jump 30 meters into the air.

A Pup’s Claw:
Requires: Physical Strength,
Dust’s basic attack is partially transforming by elongating his nails. The nails become harder and black, growing out to only about an inch longer than normal. This happens over a matter of seconds and lasts until he uses another ability.
-The cost for this is a simple kiss that lasts 3 seconds at least. (Can be done before, during, or after a fight.)

A Pup’s Bite:
Requires: Physical Strength,
Another basic attack of Dust’s, partially transforming his teeth. They become sharp but no bigger than his normal teeth. This happens over a matter of seconds but only lasts for a bite. Hit or miss, he only has a moment to take advantage of the new chompers.
-The cost for this is a simple kiss that lasts 3 seconds at least. (Can be done before or after taking a bite out of someone.)

Over-Powering Kiss
Requires: Physical Strength, Burst Movement, Survival - And the permission of the writer, but not necessarily the characters.
Dust cannot complete his payment without some force, using his strength and sometimes his speed to trap his target by tackling and/or pinning them down, to initiate a kiss lasting between 3 and 30 seconds with the person.
This leaves him vulnerable for the duration of the kiss to any outside force - including any ability the targeted creature can use while pinned and under someone - but effectively binds the person under his body.
The person under him gains full cover from attacks made by anyone else in the area, as Dust purposely makes himself a shield to the target he is kissing.
After the duration of the kiss, if he survives, he can use any combination of his other moves as long as it equals out in seconds. (For example, Pup's Bite and Pup's Claw both use a 3-second kiss, and require at least a 6-second kiss to use both once; 9 seconds will let him use one 3 times, or a combination of the two moves three times.)

Added bonus: He's not that bad of a looker.
(Puppy: wolf's tail is coming soon,
for now, it's just a fluffy tail
and has no purpose other
than being a tail)

Luna's Remedy
Requires: Advanced Regeneration
Dust can heal any injury inflicted on him with SP and a kiss sweet that lasts for at least six seconds. This can be done before, after, or during a fight.

Tier 1 Power-Up: Puppy

A pair of wolf ears lift from the layers of Dust's messy hair, and a tail springs to existence in the appropriate place. From fingertip to elbows, and toes to knees, the skin turns dark maroon.
(For the duration: A Pup's Bite/Claw and Wolf's Tail are 'active'. As in, he has claws, sharp teeth, and a tail to utilize. He has to pay the costs for each use)
-The cost for this is a simple kiss that lasts 9 seconds at least. (Can be done before, during, or after a fight)

ATK: +0
DEF: +2
SPD: +1
TEC: +2

Tier 2 Power-Up: Wolf
Dust goes through a painful transformation, bones snapping, cracking, and popping right out of place, bulking up and growing in various ways, before popping back in place. Short dark reddish-brown fur covers the majority of his now 8-foot werewolf body. Whatever clothing he was wearing has a chance to rip during this transformation.
-The cost for this is a simple kiss that lasts 15 seconds at least. (Has to be done before the transformation.)

ATK: +2
DEF: +4
SPD: +4
TEC: +0

Tier 2 Power-Up: Volk
Dust goes through a painful transformation, bones snapping, cracking, and popping right out of place, bulking up and growing in various ways, before popping back in place. Long dark reddish-brown fur covers the majority of his now 10-foot werewolf body. Whatever clothing he was wearing tends to rip during this transformation.
-The cost for this is a passionate kiss that lasts 15 seconds at least. (Has to be done before the transformation.)

ATK: +0
DEF: +5
SPD: +0
TEC: +5

**Calculator: Contractors go through a radical personality and mental shift, becoming emotionless and passive to everything around them. The only thing that matters is logic, often only caring about what happens to them in the process. (Calculating circumstances.)

Relations and Stuff

The Power:
Dust's ultimate power is transforming into a real-life werewolf, whose strength, speed, and attack are hard to beat. This comes at a cost. (See Payment) - But he does not possess this ability yet.
The Payment:
As a contractor, Dust has to make a payment to use his abilities. There are rumors of this being as gruesome as breaking your own fingers or burning yourself, or as peaceful as taking a nap. Dust merely has to kiss someone. Depending on his actions, he has to kiss the person longer, harder, and more passionately. While making out in the heat of battle might sound attractive - especially with a hot werewolf - it can be costly... Luckily he can hold out on his payment for an entire fight. But the cost can get out of control for the next person he comes in contact with.
At the moment, Dust is free of the binds of contractors; but slowly and eventually he will lose his emotions again and think less of the heart and more with the brain. His second chance at life becomes a double edge sword: Being a Prime means he has to accomplish great things and become stronger, to become stronger means he loses more and more of the individual that he has become.

Hoseki(Jewel/Gem) - A Secondary who specializes in surveillance. He looks a lot like Tamsin, but he acts like a zombie because he is a Doll. Nearly nothing is known about this figure, except he is a Doll summoned by Dust. Currently Missing: Dust is looking for him.
Dolls are emotionless "mediums" which seem like poorly responsive but otherwise normal human beings. Dolls usually do not show any emotion or independent action.
Dolls can use an observer spirit, a disembodied aura which can remotely access areas considerable distances from the Doll, allowing the Doll to observe what is in the area. Dolls have different mediums through which they can send their observer spirits and must be in contact with this medium while observing. They fulfill a variety of roles, typically acting as support to other operatives by using their observer spirits for reconnaissance and to locate and track targets and guide operatives to those targets. They can be tied into a computer network and act in groups. As well they make the perfect sleeper agent for some operations.

Eclipse - A Shiny Umbreon that appeared in the Nexus looking for aid against the Darklings that were terrorizing her home. She once upon a time had a trainer, though she has long forgotten his face. Now she travels with Gardevoir. While she hopes to help those she left behind, she understands that one Pokemon can only do so much
[Image: unknown.png]

Hayaidesu - A brightly colored ninja who came into Taloc's life and hasn't left it, yet. She has a mysterious past that so far the only clues to any answers come in the form of her distaste for the Tangled Greens. She doesn't particularly like talking - at all - if she can help it. However, when she does speak its unwise to completely ignore her, under the sarcasm is a lot of truth.

Allen - Scruffy scientist working on Dust. They were introduced at the beginning of "Lines Blur Between Man and Beast" and he - and the team - sorta just keep getting dragged into working with the werewolf. He is a good-natured man who shows high sympathy for the Prime but is a firm believer in his job. He comes off as lazy and unkempt, but he is as intelligent as a secondary comes.

Yoi - Another scientist working on Dust's case, equally as dragged into things as Allen. However, while his co-worker is kind to Hokori. Yoi is cold, business only, snobbish, and all around a jerk. He carries a lot of respect for those above him and has an interesting way of getting his points across. While his words are a bit extream his tone is always even.

He also takes full advantage of Dust's need to make out with someone, taking enjoyment of being his volunteer, but more than willing to drop it all for his own sake. A very opertunistic man.

Bowl-Cut - His real name has yet to be revealed. He is the third and final member of the team, often staying behind to deal with the grunt work.

Dust is new to this friend thing, but hey they like him. That's great because he was seriously getting lonely...

Takezo - An ordinary human from an alternate past to Dust's original world. They bonded over the defeat of Golden Alliance in Dante's Abyss but before that a civil and interesting conversation. Dust and he meet back up on the beaches of Costa Del Sol and enjoy some beach time before continuing their friendship.

Yuki (Dawn/Erika) - While Dust doesn't properly understand there's a difference he did gather from the two personalities that there might be something amiss. He still feels a companionship towards her and will be at her side again if she wants him.

Bendy - They met, then Dust killed him.

Abyss - They've met. She died tripping on her shoes and landing in lava.

Gildarts - When they met in the hall of Karl's pre-show building, Dust was consumed with excitement at the thought of challenging this individual, but Gildarts used neutrality to instead to win Dust over in the end. Now they are teacher and student, but also share a kinship for fighting and the ladies. Saw him last on a beach on an island, shortly afterward Dust was caught by the ocean.

Illidan - It started out rough, but Dust and Illidan are on good terms. To say Dust saved his life would be overkill, he simply saved the elf from an attack. But the rarity of a human taking a hit for him opened a door that might not exist at all.

Cirno - They've met. He killed her.

Tamsin - Dust put himself out there really hard by kissing her for real. They shared first kisses and Dust slapped her with an awkward compliment before running off. He has a hardcore crush on her. She jumped into The Underverse right after Dante's Abyss and he catches himself thinking about her a lot.

Deadpool - They've met.

Jak - A quiet but growly guy who seems nice enough. Dust didn't get to talk with him for long.

Harlan Higgs - Dust had been drawn to him much like he had been drawn to Gildarts, for the thrill of a good fight. But the man under the magic of an artefact approved of the fight. They were interrupted and Dust was kissed instead of him doing the kiss before was sucker punched. Then Higgs invited him to come meet him in Tier 5 if he wanted before cooly leaving and left Dust dazed and confused.

Molly - After being convinced it was okay to kiss her, Dust found out a short time later that she was Gil's adopted daughter. He learned a lot about Molly at the beach.

Desman - They met on the beach at a bonfire. For whatever reason, Dust doesn't know, Desman kissed him. Then shortly after that, they left.

Ash - They shared s'mores on the beach. She was taking care of Jak last time he heard. She's not answering her phone at the moment.

Dante - They've met.

Doomguy - They've met.

Moon Knight - Marc and Dust have had a extensive heart to heart, being both in solitary confinment in the prison of Corucscant after his gun jumping into a fight with Centurion. The two have bonded and seem to get along.

Centurion - They fought the moment they met. It was a misunderstanding, but their friendship is much better for it.

Marcus - They've met.

Blair - They've met.

Dick Howland - They were bunk mates, him, Angel, and Dust.

Angel Fisher - They met. She knew an alarming amount of things to do with his past and abilities.
