History
Due to the scant nature of Gogo's canon backstory I have extrapolated from what we see on the screen.

Gogo is seventeen years old, and is a monster. Sold by her parents to the Yakuza, she was trained from an extremely young age to be a skilled combatant, focusing on melee weaponry - with which she soon proved to be a prodigy.

Naturally, this upbringing did not lead to a very healthy relationship with authority or her own place in the world. Gogo was originally intended to serve as an assassin who could use her youthful appearance to get into places other people couldn't. By the time she was in her early teens, however, she was more than a handful for her Yakuza 'handlers' given that she could murder them without breaking a sweat and did so on a semi-regular basis.

That changed somewhat when she came into the service of O-Ren Ishii, who was waging a bloody war to unite the Tokyo underworld. She admired O-Ren's leadership and proved herself to be an extremely capable bodyguard in O-Ren's service.

She would probably have maintained that position for decades, but instead Black Mamba killed her with a piece of broken furniture, and here we are.

Personality

Gogo is manipulative. She will present herself in the most advantageous way in any given situation. With most ‘normal’ people this means playing on her appearance as an innocent schoolgirl, someone it is difficult to believe could be a threat in any way; this is also a tactic she may use in the beginning of a fight to try and throw her opponent or target off guard. When dealing with people in a professional capacity, however, she displays her true cold, ruthless side.

Gogo is a sociopath. She is incapable of remorse, guilt or shame – these things just don’t make any sense to her; she truly does not care about the ethical dimension of any action she takes. She only cares about laws to the extent that they can be enforced and cause her problems.

Gogo is a follower. She does not enjoy leadership and does not play well with others. She prefers to work for powerful individuals who appreciate her talents and give her the freedom to indulge her desires. She does not make friends; though she may allow others to believe that she cares for them. She lacks empathy and cannot, therefore, form genuine emotional attachments. She is unforgiving and critical of those who make mistakes, especially her would-be employers.

Gogo is sadistic. She enjoys inflicting pain, suffering, and most of all, death. She will not demean herself with petty insults, or risk causing herself problems, but if the opportunity arises she will choose to hurt others, and even kill them if there will be no repercussions.

Gogo loves money (Omnilium, here), drinking, and drugs. No, she doesn’t give a fuck what you think about her underage drinking. When drunk or high, she can be very crass.

Stats & Powers

ATK: 3 – Gogo is terrifyingly strong, particularly given her slight build and slender frame. She wields her meteor hammer like a wrecking ball!
DEF: 1 – Defence is not Gogo’s strong suite. If she takes a hit, it tends to hurt.
SPD: 2 – She is very fast for a normal human!
TEC: 4 – She is extremely skilled as a combatant and knows how to inflict pain in a variety of fun and interesting ways.

Super Jumping (Basic) & Master Acrobat – These are part and parcel of Gogo’s physical training. She can run, jump, tumble and generally bounce around a combat arena in an unreal fashion if she needs to.

Meteor Hammer

Gogo's signature weapon is an extremely flexible Meteor Hammer. Twenty feet of chain with a 5kg steel ball on the end, the weapon is famously difficult to control, but Gogo is a master in the art and (rarely) risks clobbering herself in the back of the head when she's swinging it around.

The weapon can be used in three primary ways.

Standard: [Image: a171d166db444f51566602a52419cc61--cospla...l-bill.jpg]

In its standard mode it is a hefty spiked ball on a chain; this can be swung around very rapidly and produces heavy, but (mostly) blunt, impacts when it strikes a target and may be bounced off hard surfaces or used to smash through them if sufficiently charged.

Bladed:

The second configuration has a set of six inch serrated blades spring around the middle of the weight. This is capable of causing slashing injuries and is even more damaging, but will also tend to get lodged in terrain (and sometimes people) and is therefore the slowest to recover from, though sometimes 'anchoring' the weight is very handy.

Chain:

Thirdly, it is a chain. It can be wrapped around someone's throat to choke them out, or their limbs to bind them up.

The longer that Gogo spends spinning the chain to build momentum, the more powerful the attack will be. It takes about 1 second to complete a decent loop, and there are diminishing returns after more than seven or eight rotations to build maximum energy.

All uses of the Meteor Hammer have a maximum range of 20 feet. The weight can be swung in vertical blows for a closer-ranged fighting style or flung out, though it takes a second or two for her to pull it back in depending on how much chain was required to reach the target.

Gogo's Tanto

Gogo's Tanto is a small, traditional knife - just under 12 inches long in total, with about 6 inches of blade. The weapon is very sharp and easily concealable. It can be used to make extremely swift cutting and slashing motions, but as the blade is rather small, it is not exceedingly dangerous unless it can be used to target significantly vulnerable points, or until numerous blows can be landed. Gogo usually keeps her tanto in a fashionable, candy red sheathe!
