Name: Luci

History, Pre-Omniverse:

Species: Acid-Girl
Terror Group: Psychedelic Sunshine United Party
Powers: Graffiti
Power Level: Negligable
Threat Level: Severe

Luci is a native of a psychedelic urban dreamscape called Udditi. The Udditi is a plane overlapping the real world that only certain individuals can perceive and exist in, like a radio station that someone can "tune in" to. The Udditi is a trading hub, attracting dreamers, meditating monks, aliens, demons, angels, wizards, drug users, ghosts, and personifications of abstract thought. In the Udditi there are salesmen and waitresses and gangsters and guitarists and saints, just like many other universes. Luci is a Vandal; a reality hacker.

Luci is a sentient painting that walked off her canvas into Udditi. She never met her creator, who spray-painted her on an alley wall, but she thinks she was imbued with some of the artist's spirit. She has a burning drive somewhere between creation and destruction that manifests itself in beautiful but useful Graffiti. She became active in Udditi 'politics', playing games of cat-and-mouse with paranoid Machiavellian absurdists. Luci always aligned herself with the cause of freedom, becoming something of a thorn in the side of the movers and shakers of Udditi. Her brazen disregard for authority was catching up with her.

She might have been lucky that Omni intervened when he did.

Luci was a criminal in Udditi, wanted for stealing state secrets, harboring a known fugitive, conspiracy to commit treason, burglary, trespassing, vandalism, shoplifting, arson, assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, inciting a riot, rioting, harassing a Headquarter Official, sexual assault on a Headquarters Official ("that strip search was consensual your honor!"), narcotics trafficking, and public indecency. She was running with a rough crowd. The Psychedelic Sunshine United Party is considered one of the most dangerous terrorist groups in Udditi, and Luci was one of their key operatives. Her ability to get in and get out of enemy territory quickly and without being seen gave the P.S.U.P. a distinct advantage of other Udditi factions, and they used that advantage to the fullest.

Her notoriety grew, and so did the notoriety of P.S.U.P. Headquarters (Udditi government) took several Sunshine operatives off the streets, Ripl the Water Nymph got abducted by Sirians (From the Sirius system, not Syria), and Luci's primary contact within P.S.U.P. disappeared without a trace. The day her contact vanished, she tried desperately to find out what was going on. After several tense phone calls from a secure phone booth, she established that a raid had crippled most of the Psychedelic Sunshine United Party, and the various factions in Udditi were hunting down remaining party members. She hung up the payphone, and cried a little.

At the moment Omni chose Luci, she was feeling very alone.

http://omniverse-rpg.com/showthread.php?tid=9909

Gangs and NPCs
Westside Coalition- A collection of five gangs located in Teir-5. Each gangs has a representative, and are allowed to cast one vote in gang decisions, including hits. These five representatives are known as the Westside Council. Many Westside gangs show affiliation with native-american type clothing choices or accessories. They are war with the Orc Mafia and the Hutt Mafia.

*
Westside Knife Ear Warriors

Leader- Luci

The gang- The Knife Ears are predominantly, but not completely, elves. Most are immigrants from Camelot who had difficulty adjusting to Coruscant society. They are known killers, drug dealers, and thieves, and are on the top of the Orc Mafia's hit list. They are currently keeping an uneasy peace between the (now five) Westside gangs, mostly by providing free criminal services. Originally called the Knife Ears, they joined members of another gang, The Warriors, and eventually joined the Westside Coalition. After the recent assassination of the former president, Moss Illidian, Luci is now the highest ranking member of the Westside Knife Ear Warriors.
*

*
Westside Ewoks

Leader- Chirpa Paploo
An aging male Ewok, Chirpa has led the Westside Ewoks for six years, and was the original founder of the Westside Coalition. He is a mechanic, and runs several chop-shops in Teir-5 and Teir-6. Like many Westside

The gang- The Westside Ewoks once number 45 active members, but over hte years those numbers have dropped. Until recently, the gang had 14 active members. After a night of deadly raids form the orc Mafia, the Westside Ewoks are now comprised only of chirpa and his two brothers. The trio run a series of safehouses and smuggle gang members and contraband. They also are valued for their input to the Westside Council.
*

*
Mighty Westside Klingons

Leader- Koloth
An extremely large and dangerous alien, who united local Klingons in a violent war against the Orc Mafia. Koloth is a cold blooded killer with a calculating mind, who tolerates no weakness in his ranks.

The gang- The Mighty Westside Klingons are a predominantly, but not completely, Klingon gang in Teir-5. They are feared throughout Coruscant for their combat prowess. They are unusual for a street gang in that much of their income is from legitimate sources, such as bounty hunting and body-guarding. Their association with the criminal underground came as a result of the Klingons trying keep their neighborhoods free of crime, and were one of the original gangs that joined the Westside Coalition.
*

*
Westside Hufflepunks

Leader- Dalia 'Weasel' Weasly
A teenage punk rocker, drug addict, and witch, Weasel took over the Hufflepunks street gang last year with the intent of protecting her burgeoning narcotics business. She is obnoxious and reckless, and a capably violent individual.

The gang- The Westside Hufflepunks are a motley collection of former Hogwarts alumni. Most are immigrants from Camelot, who were unprepared for the realities of drug addiction and crime in Coruscant. The Hufflepunks used to battle both the Slytherins and the Chuddly Cannon Fan Club until the Orc Mafia reduced their ranks and forced the remaining members to join the Hufflepunks. The Hufflepunks have recently joined the Westside Coalition, and are now known as the Westside Hufflepunks.
*

*
Westside Deathblades

Leader- Milton 'Shadow-Kill' Ortega
A ten-year-old orphan boy who just likes to play ninjas in the park with the local kids. This powerfull warrior dual-weilds a pair of overlong katanas, and ever since his violent playtime antics caught the attention of the underground, has been a hyper-vigilant defender of his neighborhood. His little sister, Princess Hellstab, is also recognized as a leader among the group.

The gang- a gang of ragamuffin orphans (and some kids with great family lives who just have a rambunctious spirit) with an interest in anime, who found that by stealing OM they could better act out their heroic playtime. As they stole more OM, they gained more powers allowing them to steal more OM, and thus a snowballing occurred, giving way to a group of very powerful young kids with flaming anime swords. They have joined the Westside Coalition in retaliation for the murder of a gang member by the Orc Mafia.
*

Other NPC groups I mention
*
Teir-6 Rebel Cell

Leader- Ralph
A Nosfuratu with an interest in technology and preference for dark, dank place. He often sends Polywhirl to contact the Westside. Polywhirl is a hardened ex-gangster with a penchant for cigars. He wields his water-powers and Glock with deadly accuracy.

The cell- The Rebel cell is multicultural, containing aliens and cartoon characters from all walks of life. Their primary activities involve vandalism, hacking, robbery, assault, and arson. They make a point to stay connected to the criminal underground, and have found close allies in the Westside for years.
*

*
The Orc Mafia

Leader- Unknown

The gang- The Orc Mafia was formed four years ago by immigrant orcs, kobolds, goblins, and ogres from Camelot. Their primary activities include drug dealing, extortion, assault, and murder. The Orc Mafia is ruthless and well armed. They have few allies, but war with nearly all other criminal gangs, notably the Hutt Mafia and the Westside.
*

*
The Hutt Mafia

Leader- Palgo the Hutt
An immense blob of sociopathic matter, Palgo runs the Hutt Mafia with a slimy fist. She got her start as an assassin, before killing her way to a life of hedonism at the top of the Hutt criminal empire.

The gang- While the ranks of the Hutt Mafia are filled with many different species, the top places in the organization are reserved for Hutts. They value Wookies and Klingons as bodyguards. They're primary activities include drug dealing, extortion, and prostitution. They are war with the Orc Mafia and the Westside.

Personality

Luci is at times spaced out, at other times very professional, at other times friendly, and sometimes cruel. You can write Luci as you like, whether tough or shy or flirty or kind or merciless or terrified, because she is all these things at different times, just don't violate her core character.

Luci is "Good", or at least trying to be. She is also "Kind", trying not to hurt others feelings and helping those in need. Now you might say "Hey, hasn't Luci committed premeditated murder for the benefit of a criminal street gang?" and you would be right. However, technically she's just killing orcs and taking their stuff. If that doesn't make paladins evil, I don't think it makes Luci evil either. Luci is "Brave", although reckless thrill-seeker fits as well. Ideas that involve doing something stupid and dangerous and fun probably will go over well. Luci is "Free", and cannot abide tyranny. She is a rebellious party-girl who's looking for love in all the wrong places. Luci is a "Gangster", First Lieutenant President of the Westside Knife Ear Warriors. She will not willingly betray them.

Luci is often spacy, lost in her own world, at times very far away from reality. This is because Luci is often struggling to not slip into the Astral Realm, and visions of the Astral Realm tend to bleed into perception. When Luci is slipping away from reality, her eyes tend to fluctuate faster, and she may speak in dreamy, half-thought parables.

She likes american pop music, graffiti, and is a vegetarian.

Why does Luci always know so much?
Because she is in constant contact with her NPC and PC allies. Because she is a telepath, a shapeshifter, anda phaser. Because she is the ultimate spy. But most importantly, because it is her character.

Appearance

Luci is a pretty young woman, often casually dressed in torn skinny jeans and a threadbare hoodie, her small backpack and sneakers covered in glowing graffiti. She often has native american accessories, and can sometimes be seen with three lines of glowing warpaint under each of her eyes. Luci positively drips with psychedelic energy. The swirling colors that make up her hair and eyes and skin pulse with a steady light. Hanging at her waist in a holster is a spraycan. At any given time Luci may look like one of the pictures below, or like something else, but i usually use my current profile pic as reference. If you are writing about Luci, feel free to describe her appearance as you like within reason.

Note: Luci is a shapeshifter, and in public is often in the form of 'Ashley', a young blonde girl.
NOTE: When in doubt of how to describe Luci, check her Avatar.
NOTE: Luci has all gold teeth.

Eyes

Luci's eyes are often glowing brightly, shifting in strange kaleidoscopic ways. Sometimes she appears with a third eye in the middle of her forehead, and sometimes her eyes appear on her palms or other stranger parts of her body. Sometimes bits of plasma drip from her eyes. Here are some examples.

Alternate Identities

Luci uses her shapeshifting power and her talent in forging documents to create several fully-formed alternate identities. Luci currently has three alternate identities. Some are 'Real', meaning based on real people in Coruscant. Some are 'New', meaning a new identity that Luci created.

Vanessa Harmon-Real

Appearance-Vanessa is a severe-looking older woman most often in a black skirt-suit. She wears thick glasses, keeps her hair in a tight bun, and often carries manila folders to show how important she is. She is taller and thinner than Luci.

Story- Vanessa Harmon is an imperial bureaucrat who lives on Teir-3. Luci doesn't actually know what Vanessa does, it's all a little too technical for her. Still, Vanessa opens up doors for Luci. Of all her disguises, Luci dislikes Vanessa the most; she finds it hard to glare and walk in high heels.

Ashley Price- New

Appearance- A pretty blonde teenager most often in casual street-attire. Ashley looks like she could be Luci's sister; her face is similarly soft and rounded and her body is more feminine than Vanessa's.

Story- Ashley is a bar-tender in Teir-4. In public, Luci is often shapeshifted as Ashley, and it is her most comfortable alternate form.

Melvin Pondscum- New

Appearance- A balding, middle-aged elf man often dressed in white button-up shirt with black suspenders. He is short and portly.

Story- Melvin owns a business in Teir-5. Exactly what that business is, however, often changes depending on what Luci is smuggling at the time.

Hooker - Real

Appearence- A bueatiful, sultry blonde with smeared makeup and skimpy outfits

Story- Hooker is Jacket's ex-girlfriend, and Luci pretneds to be her when around Jacket, througha  combination of shapeshifting and telepathy

Stats, Powers and Abilities

ATK: 1
Luci is a normal young woman in many ways, and is not physically strong
DEF: 1
Luci cannot afford to get hit
SPD: 5
Luci is an anomaly of reality, and lives at a faster pace than most people. When she moves quickly, she tends to warp reality around her. This allows her to traverse long distances in short amounts of time for example, or assemble something complicated very quickly
TEC: 4
Luci is very quick with amazing reflexes and an artists eye. She also is an accomplished Astral traveler and telepath.

Powers

All of Luci's powers come from her innate connection to the Astral Realm.

Phasing Luci slips her body partially into the Astral Realm. To use her phasing power Luci has to hold her breath, and when she exhales she will again become solid. She is vulnerable to energy attacks while phasing.

Shapeshifting By simply imagining a different hair or eye color, Luci actualizes it, allowing her to create disguises very quickly. If she takes the time to spray herself with a coat of paint from her trusty magic spray can, Luci can take a completely different shape, even perfectly mimicking another person.

Acrobatic Think less kung-fu-backflips, more like surreal floating around. When Luci does a wall-run, for example, gravity seem to literally invert itself for Luci.

Burst Movement Visually, when Luci activates this power, the world appears to warp very strongly and she takes a single step in any direction and then seems to travel very far away instantly. In the description of the power, it says something like 'already speedy characters may APPEAR to be teleporting' and that is the case here. However, if they were an obstructions between Luci and he intended path, say a landmine or just a big hole, Luci would have to deal with the consequences of fully crossing through that place in space.

Super Speed Luci lives very closely to the Astral Realm. In the Astral Realm, time is elongated, and minutes in the real world can become hours in the Astral Realm. In this way Luci experiences reality at a much slower pace than most Omniversians. Luci has little effect on the world when she uses Super Speed. There is no gusts of winds, no centripetal force. At top speeds Luci appears to skip through reality.

Telepathy Luci taps into the Astral Realm mentally, reading the thoughts and feelings of those around her. WHEN INTERACTING WITH LUCI, PLAY THIS POWER AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE AS YOU WOULD LIKE. If you want to play it by the books, compare our TEC scores to see how much Luci would get out of your character. But otherwise, as much or as little as you would like.

Moves

Luci's Moves mostly represent things she's paints with her magic spraycan. I like to give the impression that Luci can paint a solution to any problem, which is why some of these moves seem weirdly specific to certain situations.

A Real Gun (300) (Requirements: Ranged Proficiency)

This a real gun, specifically a Mark XIX Desert Eagle in .50 Action Express. It is not a magic dream gun, it is a real gun that shoots real bullets. Luci cannot magically make it disappear, she keeps that thang on her. It holds seven rounds, and Luci keeps a single extra clip in her backpack or bra. Luci can fire up to fourteen bullets in a single encounter (changing her clip once; it takes Luci less than a second to change clips). After that it will take her time to summon more ammo out of Omnillium, and she must be out of combat to do that. Although Luci has high SPD, she can only fire this large handgun once per second with any hope of accuracy. It has range of 100 feet.

Paint a Bomb-300 OM- (Requirements: Area Attack Proficiency)- Luci uses her spray can to paint a cartoony icon of a bomb on the ground or wall. It takes Luci three seconds, is about a foot in diameter, and is active when Luci steps away from it. The next person (sentient creature with enough OM to count as a Prim or Secondary) to walk within three feet of the painting activates a moderate concussive blast 10 feet wide. Because the bomb has to be planted, this move has less utility than a standard projectile, so it has a larger area of affect. Luci can only have one Bomb at a time; if she paints a new one, the old one fades away instantly. They also fade after a day. The bomb can be set off by the activation of a Power or Move in its proximity; the bomb falsely registers a 'person'. Also, to the those in the know, it can be defused by simply tossing some water on it.

Paint a Door-300 OM- (Requirements: Phasing)- Luci paints a door (or just a doorknob if she's in a hurry) on a wall that she can open. The door leads to whatever is directly on the other side of the wall. She cannot use this power on walls that are thicker than one foot. She can take other people through these doors, and when she closes them, the wall seals behind her, the picture of the door remaining. It takes Luci two seconds to make a door.

Paint a Rope-300 OM- (Requirements: Ranged Proficiency)- Luci paints a long (15ft) golden rope she can use as a grappling hook. She can make the rope retract or extend at will quickly, about a second. If the rope is fully 'retracted' it disappears. She can do this instantly, while moving. She cannot use this rope directly for combat; for example stealing an opponents weapon.

Graffiti Jaunt 300 OM (Reuirements: Phasing, Shapeshifting)

Luci phases into a wall, but instead of exiting on the other side, she appears on the wall as a graffiti picture, entering ‘the Graffiti Plane’.

While in the Graffiti Plane, Luci can move but cannot affect the world around her, she can only affect things in the two dimensional graffiti plane. She appears to run from wall to wall, and if she wants to move between buildings she has to jump through empty space to do it. Luci is exactly as vulnerable in the Graffiti Realm as she is normally; for example if Luci is on a brick wall and is stabbed, she will bleed even if the wall is undamaged. It’s takes basically no time to enter or exit the Graffiti Plane. It does not drain Luci’s energy to enter or exit the Graffiti Plane, or to stay in it.

While in the Graffiti Plane, Luci cannot use Superspeed or Burst Movement, but she can run at her normal top speed without becoming tired.

Klowdy’s Plan-Requirments (Phasing, Buff Proficiency)-Cost 300 OM

Luci temporarily applies her phasing power to an entire vehicle.

This move can be activated when (and only when) Luci is driving or is a passenger in a vehicle intended for personal use. This move can be activated when (and only when) there are UP TO six people including Luci in the vehicle.

Luci holds her breath and concentrates completely on the move. Over a period of about five seconds, Luci and all her companions and the vehicle she is in become Intangible, and treated as though affected by the Phasing power, with the exception the vehicle interacts normally with the road (although not road hazards).

This move can be active a total of ten seconds.

This move is extremely draining to Luci. If she is near fatigue, this move will cause unconsciousness for up to ten minutes. Either way, Luci cannot use her phasing power for at least an hour after using this move, and can only use this move once per day.

Some vehicles that would NOT be affected by this power are 18-wheelers, tanks, trains, helicopters, and generally anything too stupid.

Paint a Face- 0 OM- Shapeshifting, Buff Proficiency

Luci spends a full minute coating a single person head to toe with paint from her magic spraycan. After the fumes settle, that character appears to have shapeshifted into another person. These effects are identical to those produce by the Shapshifting power, except that this individual CANNOT shift into any other form while this move is active. This move lasts a number of hours equal to Luci's TEC score (currently 3), or until the subject chooses to dismiss it.

This is a thematic move, it is not intended to provide any bonus in combat.

Graffiti Vandal (0 OM) Requires access to the Graffiti Plane.

Just as the Data Verse has hackers, who can intercept, corrupt, or delete messages and data, the Graffiti Plane has Vandals. A Vandal is someone with enough understanding of the surreal mechanics of the Graffiti Plane that they can manipulate it against other Graffiti Plane users.

Luci is an excellent Vandal. She can intercept or destroy messages from rival gangs, encrypt her own messages, and other feats based around this concept.

Characters with Spiritual Enlightenment or Spiritual Attunement, characters with Telepathy, and characters with high TEC scores all make good Graffiti Vandals.

This is intended as a fluff move.

Super Moves
Paint a Phoenix-Tier 1 Offensive Supermove-600 OM- (Requirements: Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency)

Luci stands still and puts a lighter in front of her spraycan, creating a magnificent scarlet-gold phoenix that charges and eventually explodes in a fifteen-foot diameter fireball when it hits. It takes her five full seconds of uninterrupted spraying, after which she aims and releases her attack. The phoenix explodes on contact or when it reaches the end of it's range, 80 feet. 'Paint a Phoenix' deals less damage than other similar Teir-1 moves because of its wide area.

This costs 1 SP.

Hyper Blink-Tier 1 Defensive Supermove-(600 OM)
(Requirements: Burst Movement, Phasing)

Luci blinks her eyes. In the time it takes to finish blinking, Luci walks one hundred feet in any direction.

Luci is moving so fast that to her, time seems nearly frozen. However, she cannot affect the world around her. Luci cannot take any action other than walking, climbing, jumping, and other ways of moving herself. She can use no moves or attacks or powers except for Phasing. She cannot move objects other than herself and the objects she is already in possesion of at the time she starts Hyper Blink. She cannot open doors, or push a bullet out of the way, or stab someone, or even press a button. While Hyper Blink is active, Luci cannot affect the world around her.

At the end of this move, Luci is moving at her normal top Speed.

This costs 1 SP.

Quantum Blink-Tier 2 Defensive Supermove-(800 OM) (Requirements- Superspeed, Burst Movement, Phasing)

Luci blinks her eyes. In the time it takes to finish blinking, Luci walks up to two hundred feet in any direction.

She cannot open doors, or push a bullet out of the way, or stab someone, or even press a button. While Hyper Blink is active, Luci cannot affect the world around her. Although time may appear frozen, Luci is actually just moving at very high speeds. Teir-3 Supermoves and stronger can still connect and do damage to her.

At the end of this move, Luci is moving at her normal top Speed.

This move costs 2 SP.

Combat Tactics
As you may have noticed, Luci is not built for combat. Luci responds to almost all conflict by running away. She uses her lightning speed and phasing ability to slip through buildings and crowds, and her grappling-hook and acrobatic skills to get to hard-to-follow places. If she can slip into a crowd, she will shapechange to disguise her appearance.

Items and Unlocks
Luci has twice unlocked 'Increased street cred with criminal underworld'

Communicator-  Luci’s Communicator is her Graffiti that she sprays all over Coruscant. Luci paints or writes a message and a destination (either a person or place she has connected with in person or in the Astral Realm), and the message disappears into the and reappears where she sends it, with some minor delays. Sometimes this is represented by an animal messenger who delivers a message orally, sometimes it is just written words.

Sending and receiving messages through Graffiti has risks, just like sending messages through the Dataverse or Astral Realm. Just as those messages can be hacked or intercepted, so too can Graffiti messages. Luci is not the only one who uses Graffiti to communicate; other criminals in Coruscant take advantage of the covert communications network.

This is an Astral Realm based and Telepathy based Communicator.

Mobile Dataverse Device- Linked to her cellphone

Spiritual Attunement Luci lives very close to the Astral Realm, and visits it often

The Westside Hood
Spent OM- 3500
Base-1000
Recall Station-1000
Medical Center-1500

The Westside is both a clandestine criminal organization and a geographical location in Tier -5 Coruscant. The terms “Westside Hood”, “Neighborhood”, and “The Hood” all refer to physical areas where the Westside criminal organization has complete or near-complete control. This control is secretive, marked with graffiti and small intimidations rather than with walls and police. They try to change meeting spots as often as possible, learning how to pack up and go, otherwise they end up dead.

However, several locations through the Westside Hood have managed to stand the test of time. These locations are known individually as Clubhouses. ]At the center of these Clubhouse is the Main Headquarters of the Westside, called the Hufflepunk Hideout.

Luci has connected all the different Clubhouses with the Hufflepunk Hideout via magical graffiti doors and windows. Through the windows the different Westside Clubhouses can talk to any other Clubhosue instantly. Through the graffiti doors they can walk from their Clubhouse directly to or from the basement of the Hufflepunk Hideout.

The doors open into long stone tunnels covered in graffiti. These tunnels are actually outcroppings of the Graffiti Realm, accessible only through Westside Clubhouses. They serve no purpose except to connect different Clubhouses of the Westside Hood to the Hufflepunk Hideout. It takes at least ten minutes in the tunnels to lead from one door to another, and does not save any time compared to taking the streets, it just offers stealth and protection.

There are currently six locations connected by these graffiti doors. These locations are known collectively as the Westside Hood.

Clubhouse 1 - Main Headquarters- Hufflepunk Hideout

At the heart of the Westside Hood is the Hufflepunk Hideout.

A dilapidated clubhouse in the ghetto of Teir-5, known for it's raucous parties and as a hotspot for junkies and criminal, the Hufflepunk Hideout is the Central Headquarters of the Westside Hood. If the Hufflepunk Hideout falls, the magic connecting all the Clubhouses will dissapear.

It is also the home turf of the Westside Hufflepunk, a drug cartel made of Hogwarts alumni allied with the Westside.

Since Luci has started living there, the abandoned house in Teir-5 had been slowly warping into a surreal Escher-like labyrinth of hallways and stairs. Doors lead mysterious places, stairways shifting when you aren't watching them., it's bigger on the inside than on the outside.

The interior of the house is covered in constantly moving graffiti. This graffiti is not just Luci's, but also the Hufflepunks, who Luci taught to communicate by drawing the magical paintings. Luci favors the Hufflepunk Hideout because she can see all the graffiti-news as soon as possible.

The Hufflepunk Hideout also has a Recall Station in the basement.

Recall Station

Luci has painted a door in the Hufflepunk Hideout that can be opened from anywhere in Coruscant.

For this description, the term Westsider means someone with access to the base.

In order to use the Westside Recall Station, a Westsider needs to paint a door. It doesn't have to be a fancy door, or even have straight lines, it just to be large enough to step through.

That Westsider then needs to paint an eye. It doesn't have to be a good painting, it can just be an icon of a human eye, or even a rough circle. After ten minutes, IF the Westsider remains perfectly still, the eye will blink.

A psychedelic eye with shifting colors will stare at the Westsider, and decide if they are allowed in the Base. If they have been to the Base before, the lines around the door will grow with bright light, allowing the Westsider to step through the door and into the Hufflepunk Hideout basement.

Contrary to urban myth, it is not actually Luci's eye that is looking at you.

Medical Center

Several of the Hufflepunks are experienced Healers and Potion Masters, and they run a makeshift hospital wing buried deep withing the Hufflepunk Hideout.

Clubhouse 2- Knife Ear Tree House

[Image: 10448999_963558706990886_86231255_n.jpg?...MTQxODI3.2]

Stationed in one of the tallest trees in central park in Teir-5 Coruscant, the Westside Knife Ear Warriors keep their treehouse as secret as they can. This treehouse doubles as an armory, but the elves try to reduce foot traffic to the clubhouse whenever possible. It has electricity, running water, and a recording studio. They have a kitchen, but they only serve vegan food. It also has a high-tech shooting range, with a variety of weapons and targets and exercises.

Clubhouse  3- The Deathblades Jungle Gym

On the opposite side of side of central park from the Knife Ears is a truly fantastical outdoor playground called Phaser Street Park. There is playground equipment, swings and slides and jungle gyms, but also trampolines, skateparks, ziplines, and even more dangerous activities. The playground is so popular that there is a thriving tourist district built around it.

Beneath the banal exterior of tourists and families lurks a criminal element. The Westside Deathblades, a gang of orphan samurai children, claim this playground as their territory.

In particular they claim a massive three-story jungle gym, which is bigger on the inside than on the outside. Inside the jungle gym is a dizzying array of winding tunnels leading to ball pits, rockclimbing walls, and even video-game rooms. Many of the Deathblades live in this piece of playground equipment, which comes impossibly equipped with electricity, running water, and other amenities. It is said that kids get lost down there for years, but the Deathblades aren’t afraid.

Clubhouse 4- Chirpa’s Garage

In the heart of the westside is a high-tech chop-shop run by the wanted criminal Chirpa the Ewok. A master-mechanic, Chirpa has turned his considerable expertise towards the Westside. At Chirpas garage his team of mechanics strip down stolen vehicles and tech and weapons, and then either sell them or rebuild them to help in their fight against the Orc Mafia. Without the steady supply of vehicles, tech, and weapons that Chirpa’s garage produces, the Westside would have been dead a long time ago.

Chirpa’s Garage appears to be a simple junkyard and repair shop from the front, underneath the repair shop is a huge basement, where the chop-shop is always working overtime. Here you will find nearly every type of vehicle or weapon in Coruscant; if the Westside stole it, it probably comes through here at some point.

Chirpa also has living quarters beneath his repair shop, as well as food, electricity, and water.

Clubhouse 5- Kolgoth’s Bail Bonds and Dojo

CURRENTLY INACCESSABLE

In the southern end of the westside, there is a very shady bail bonds run by a Klingon gangster name Kolgoth the Mighty.

In the back of the building, with an entrance on the other side, is a dojo run by a Klingon gangster named Kolgoth the Mighty.

This is the headquarters of the Mighty Westside Klingons, a collection of civilian Klingons who have joined the Westside solely in opposition to Orc Mafia, and not to further their own criminal agenda. They use their legitimate business to launder money from the Westside, and in the case of Kolgoth’s Bail Bonds and Dojo, use their legitimate buisness to conduct all sorts of unsavory gang activity.

The Bail Bonds office is stark and well protected, just a simple room with a few Klingons behind a steel cage. Klingon bounty hunters can often be seen swaggering around with guns.

The dojo is large, with hardwood floors and excellent lighting, and mirrors on every wall. There are also weapons lining the walls and in large wooden chests around the dojo. The dojo can also be converted to a shooting range.

Connected Bases

Prohibition Alley

Harlan Higgs, Boss of the Gentlemen Jacks street gang, has opened a casino, and has agreed to have it connected to the Westside Hood.

Unlike the other parts of the Westside Hood, Prohibition Alley keeps its graffiti doors locked. THis means that Westsiders cannot enter or exit Prohibition Alley through the tunnels unless given express permission, and similarly the Gentleman Jacks cannot enter any Westside Hood without express permission.

Currently the Westside and the Gentleman Jacks have an uneasy alliance, and have yet to build up the trust nescessary to allow each other into their bases.

Here is basically an emergency post while I get my NPC problem under controlled. Here are most of my named NPCs and what threads they are in. All NPC's are secondaries, even if they are sometimes erroneously refereed to as Primes. Consider this post a big ugly work in progress.
