Joker Venom T1 Utility Super Move (600 OM)
(Debuff, Homing,  Range, Area Attack)

Harley Quinn plasters an over-exaggerated Cheshire smile on her face and opens her skull ring on her left hand. In doing so she releases Joker Venom into the air around her through the poison chambers in the skull’s noise and eyes sockets. Joker Venom causes muscles to weaken and their attacks to lose power, and on top of that, it causes all inflicted to have momentary fits of unstoppable laughter.

Once used, the selected foes lose 2 TECH for the next round, divided among them and depending on who is closest to Harley when she releases the venom. Can be blocked by a super defense of equal or higher tier, Harley is unaffected by the poison due to becoming immune over years of abuse.

I think you meant "nose and eye sockets"? Just thought I'd bring that to your attention.

Area Attack will be required to effect multiple foes in one area. And then depending on the range of the gas(?) Range Prof may be required as well.

As for description: Is it a gas?
Does it have a color?
Odor?
Shape?
-Cloud?
-Smoke?

Smokebomb (300) (requires ranged, area attack, debuff)
Marisa carries around ten black canaster shaped smoke bombs. to activate one, the pin needs to be pulled before getting dropped onto the ground which takes about three seconds on average to pull one out. Marisa doesn't need to pull the pin immediately and can wait to do so or even put it away if she so desires. There is enough smoke for ten seconds and the area is roughly twenty feet in diameter (as it's a gas it will spread out to fit into the area given. The smoke makes it almost impossible to see through the smoke without the help of enhanced senses or what not.

Rocket launcher (900) (requires homing, ranged, area attack)
Marisa carries around a black boxy rocket launcher with four rocket pods. It takes five seconds to rest the launcher on her shoulder and flip down the lid to be even able to fire it. To reload it takes 10 seconds to reload all four pods with a single rocket. Damage wise each rocket deals moderate damage (enough to blow a hole in a brick wall with fair ease). Each rocket moves at a average of 50 mph The rocket launcher has two modes Normal and Homing. Normal is where she can press the trigger and a single rocket comes out in a straight line for 50 feet before exploding (either by hitting something or running out of fuel and hitting the ground.) It takes 2 seconds before she can fire a new rocket. This is affected by quick movements giving a loss of accuracy.

Homing allows her to decide how many rockets she wants to fire upon up to four targets. She may split up the rockets however she wishes (example being shooting three rockets at one target) it takes 5 seconds of constant knowledge of there position for the rocket launcher to lock onto there signature (via enhanced senses, peripheral vision, etc.) then she fires the rockets at the target/targets. Each rocket has 50 feet of fuel and follows the target, while unable to make sharp turns they still turn pretty well. less affected by movement than the normal mode.

Can be blocked by a super defense of equal or higher tier, Harley is unaffected by the poison due to becoming immune over years of abuse.

Quincy Cross (滅却十字 (クインシー・クロス), Kuinshī Kurosu; Japanese for "Destruction Cross"):
(600)(Requires Ranged)

A Quincy's Cross is a medium directly connected to the source of a Quincy's power. As Orihime’s power grows, so does her cross. Originally a simple cross that was gifted to Orihime by her friend Uryū, now it transforms into a spiritual bow and arrow at will for Orihime.

This bow and the arrows are crafted using Orihime’s spiritual pressure from her Santen Kesshun,  from her glowing golden energy. The arrows are much larger than typical arrows at four feet in length and four inches wide. She can fire the arrows at will, instantly, or she can charge the arrows (5 to 15 seconds) for more devastating power.

Forming the bow only takes about a second, but she may not move while shooting or while charging her shot. Using the bow is taxing and causes Orihime to become exhausted for 3-5 second if she fires more than a few consecutively or if she fires one fully charged arrow blast.

90 Watt Phased Plasma Heavy Rifle

T2 Super Move
800 OM- (Physical Proficiency, Ranged Proficiency) Devastatingly powerful energy weapon, designed for use at medium-long ranges against armored or unarmored targets. It is the most powerful energy weapon known to exist outside of those mounted on Hunter Killers. As this weapon is extremely heavy and cumbersome, usage is restricted to Machines such as Marcus.

However, Marcus must wait a total of 10 seconds before being able to reload and shoot at a target again. Each energy charge is made of a high-output Fusion Reactor. With one shot, can take a limb of a human off with a near miss, and create average damage on the metal opponents with or without armor. Marcus must focus the shot and the range is 2000m.

As it’s a one-shot per magazine, it takes 10 seconds to reload and cool down to shoot again.

Excalibur Replica (300) (Requires Physical Strength)

A well made sword with an 83 cm blade, 100 cm in total length, and ornate decorations on the handle. It does not require much effort to swing and can be held in one hand. The sword is a gray and purple blade made to resemble the sword of Excalibur.

Z.T.  Gauntlet MK I (300)  (Requires Physical Strength)  

A Gray and Purple metal gauntlet that covers his arm up to the elbow. This can be used for melee by him. It also has a Z symbol on it. The Gauntlet has room for circuitry to be added to it.

M1911 (Requires Ranged Proficiency)
A reliable, semi-automatic pistol using the .45 ACP cartridge. Seven-round capacity. Powerful recoil, requiring some technical ability to dampen in the middle of a firefight. Effective to fifty meters.

SR44 Spoor -600 OM (Ranged Proficiency)

The LSR44 Spoor provides a unique hybrid of carbon and sniper rifle. Its firing mechanism uses an electronic rail-based technology that fires bullets at high speed (as fast as a sniper rifle). The design features open rails to vent built-up plasma to prevent damage to the firing system due to heat. It contains 24 bullets per magazine and can fire 10 bullets per second, taking a couple of seconds to reload. Alternatively, the LSR44 Spoor can act like a rail gun. By flicking a switch and then holding down the trigger for 3 seconds, the gun can charge up a more powerful shot. This uses up 12 shots together to power the stronger blast and has a fairly high recoil. It can be toggled between firing modes almost instantly.

I forgot to tag a cost for the M1911. Looks like similar moves (weapons) are 300 OM. Does that work?
